  1. All current & previous passports.

  2. Visiting card.

  3. Two recent color photos (2×2 inch, white background).

  4. National ID card copy.

  5. Parents & spouse details (Name, Date of Birth, Birth Place).

  6. Employer/school details (name, address, phone).

  7. Salary details & designation (if employed).

  8. Previous employment information (if applicable).

  9. Educational history (name, address, course, duration).

  10. U.S. relatives information (relation, name, status – citizen, LPR, student, worker, etc.).

  11. List of previously visited countries.

Documents to Carry for Interview

For Business Person

  • Bank statement (personal/company, last 6 months).

  • Renewal trade license.

  • Memorandum of limited company.

  • Import/export certificate.

For Job Holder

  • Personal bank statement.

  • No Objection Certificate (NOC).

  • G.O. (Government Order) for official passport.

  • BMDC certificate (for doctors).

  • BAR Council certificate (for advocates).

  • Retirement documents (if retired).

For Student

  • Student ID card copy.

  • Birth certificate (for children & infants).

Other Supporting Documents

  • Marriage certificate.

  • Property documents.

  • Car bluebook photocopy (if any).

  • Proof of additional income (if any).

  • Financial solvency documents: FDR, share business, savings, security deposit, cash investments, etc.
