Day 1: Breakfast with papaya juice, toasted bread, butter, jam, sweets, boiled egg, banana, tea and coffee; morning snacks with fruit cake and guava; lunch with plain rice, green vegetables, egg-alu vorta, vetki fish bhuna, mutton rezala, dal, salad and sweet curd (doi); evening vegetable pakora; dinner with polao, white vegetables, golda chingri bhuna, chicken masala, muri ghonto, salad and dessert.
Day 2: Breakfast with bhuna khichuri, begun bhaji, egg bhuna, pickles, salad and tea; beach snacks with fresh orange, biscuits and mineral water; lunch with rice, lau chingri, kumra vorta, rui/rupchanda fish bhuna, chicken curry with potato, dal, sweets and salad; evening egg chowmein; special BBQ dinner with luchi paratha, mixed fried rice, Chinese vegetables, chicken BBQ, vetki fish BBQ, cholar dal and raita salad.
Day 3: Breakfast with paratha, mixed vegetables, fried egg, chicken dal, tea and coffee; morning snacks with biscuits and tea; lunch with plain rice, mixed vegetables, potato vorta, parse fish fry, chicken curry, dal and salad; afternoon farewell snacks with chola-muri-chanachur, tea and coffee.
Tea and coffee are served throughout the three-day cruise. Dietary preferences or special requirements should be shared in advance.
