Day 1: Breakfast with fresh bread, butter, jelly, eggs, honey, banana, plain paratha, mixed vegetables, cholar dal, chicken curry, fruit juice, tea and coffee; morning snacks with fruit cake and fruits; lunch with plain rice, mixed vegetables, vorta, vetki fish, chicken, dal bhuna, salad and dessert; evening noodles/vegetable pakora and vegetable roll; dinner with mixed fried rice, Chinese vegetables, spicy Chinese chicken, sweet and sour prawns, salad and dessert.
Day 2: Breakfast with khichuri, chicken curry, brinjal fry, pickles, eggs, juice, tea and coffee; morning snacks with green coconut and biscuits; lunch with plain rice, mixed vegetables, vorta, fresh river fish, beef/chicken curry, dal, salad and dessert; evening soup, french fries and pakora; grand BBQ dinner with mixed fried rice, plain paratha, duck rezala, chicken BBQ, fish BBQ, raita salad, cold drinks and dessert.
Day 3: Breakfast with plain paratha/ruti, mixed vegetables, chicken curry, eggs, dal, juice, tea and coffee; lunch with plain polao, mutton with chui jhal, chicken roast, salad and dessert; afternoon farewell snacks and tea.
Tea and coffee are served throughout the three-day cruise. Dietary preferences or special requirements should be shared in advance.
