Day 1: Welcome beverage and snacks; traditional Bangladeshi lunch with steamed rice, seasonal fish curry, chicken, fresh vegetables, assorted vorta, thick dal, salad and dessert; afternoon tea with snacks; grand dinner featuring polao, chicken roast, fish bhuna, salad and sweet dessert.
Day 2: Early morning tea; breakfast with bhuna khichuri, egg curry, fried aubergine, sea fish, and pickles; afternoon lunch with rice, beef/mutton rezala, river fish, mixed vegetables and dal; evening snacks; special BBQ dinner with grilled chicken BBQ, hot parathas, Chinese vegetables, raita salad and dessert.
Day 3: Breakfast with fresh parathas, eggs to order, mixed vegetables, dal and halwa; lunch with morog polao, prawns, egg curry, salad and sweet curd; afternoon farewell tea.
Tea and coffee are served throughout the three-day cruise. Dietary preferences or special requirements should be shared in advance.
