Basic Documents

• Valid passport with at least 7 months’ validity (old passport if available).

• NID or Birth Certificate copy.

• Two recent passport-sized photographs (35mm x 45mm, white background, matte paper, taken within the last 3 months).

• For first-time travelers: Original Bank Statement and Solvency Certificate of the last 6 months required (minimum balance BDT 2,00,000 for individual / BDT 4,00,000 for family).

• V39A Invitation.

• Confirmed hotel booking copy.

• Air ticket booking copy.

For Business Persons

• Updated Trade License copy with notary public (English translated if necessary).

• Memorandum of Articles for limited company if applicant’s name is not mentioned in Trade License / Form XII.

• Blank page of Office Pad / Company Letterhead.

• Visiting Card.

For Job Holders

• No Objection Certificate (NOC).

• Official ID card copy (mandatory).

• Visiting Card.

• BMDC Certificate (for Doctors).

• BAR Council Certificate (for Advocates).

• Retirement document (for Retired Persons).

For Students

• Student ID card copy.

• Recommendation Letter or Leave Letter from the Educational Institute.

• Birth Certificate (for children & infants).

Others

• Marriage Certificate / Nikahnama / Marriage Contract (if spouse’s name is not mentioned in the applicant’s passport).

Important Notes:

• Consular officers reserve the right to request additional documents if necessary.

• Visa Fee:

  • BDT 4,300 (without LOI support)

  • BDT 5,500 (with LOI support)
    (Non-refundable)

• Processing Time: 7–10 working days.

• Visa Validity: 60 days.

• Visa issuance rights are reserved by the Embassy.
