Original Personal Bank Statement for the last 6 months with minimum balance of BDT 300,000 per person.
Original Bank Solvency Certificate issued by the bank manager.
Confirmed round-trip flight reservation and hotel accommodation voucher.
Photocopy of National ID Card (NID) and previous travel visas (if any).
Copy of Bank Check Book.
Travel medical insurance policy covering the entire duration of stay in the Philippines.
Updated Trade License copy with notarized English translation.
Memorandum of Articles and Form XII (for Limited Companies).
Blank Company Letterhead Pad page and Visiting Card.
Letter of invitation from the host company/organization in the Philippines, authenticated if required (for Business Visa).
No Objection Certificate (NOC) or Government Order (GO) from employer stating job position, salary, date of employment, and approved leave.
Official workplace ID card copy and Visiting Card.
Salary Certificate or last 3 months pay slips / salary bank statement.
Student ID card copy and leave letter from school, college, or university.
Parents’ Bank Statement, Bank Solvency Certificate, and financial guarantee / sponsorship letter.
English translated and notarized Marriage Certificate (if traveling with spouse).
English Birth Registration Certificate copy (for children).
Embassy Visa Fee: Approximately BDT 4,500 – 5,500 (single entry 9A temporary visitor visa, subject to embassy revision).
Voyage Bangladesh Service Fee: BDT 2,500 – 3,000.
Processing Time: Approximately 10 to 14 working days from submission.
Visa Validity: 3 months (single entry) from the date of issuance with an authorized stay of up to 30 or 59 days.
All inbound passengers must register with the Philippine eTravel portal (etravel.gov.ph) within 72 hours prior to arrival.
Visa issuance is subject to the discretion of the Philippine Embassy Consular Section.
