Visa Requirements

Voyage Bangladesh facilitates the Netherlands visa application process for Bangladeshi travelers. The Sweden Embassy in Dhaka represents the following countries for short-term Schengen visas:

  • Belgium, Finland, Iceland, Netherlands, Latvia, Luxembourg, Poland, Slovenia

Visa applications for these countries are accepted at the Sweden Visa Application Centre, Dhaka.

Basic Requirements

  • Passport with at least two blank pages, valid for at least 6 months after leaving the Schengen territory.

  • All previous passports.

  • Personal/Company bank statement with bank solvency certificate for the last 6 months.

  • Two recent color photographs (35mm x 45mm, white background, not older than 3 months).

  • Travel health insurance, valid for all Schengen countries, covering medical expenses with a minimum of €30,000.

  • Hotel booking or proof of accommodation.

Additional Requirements

For Business Person

  • Renewal trade license copy.

  • Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum of your company (pages with directors’ names).

  • Office pad / company letterhead.

  • Import & Export certificate (if any).

  • TIN / Income Tax Certificate (if any).

For Job Holder

  • No Objection Certificate (NOC).

  • Salary certificate.

  • Pay slips (if any).

  • Government Order (GO) for official passport.

  • BMDC certificate (for doctors).

  • BAR Council certificate (for advocates).

For Student

  • Student ID card copy.

  • Leave letter from school/college/university.

Other Supporting Documents

  • Tour program.

  • Visiting card.

  • Marriage certificate.

  • Birth certificate of children.

  • Property documents.

  • Car blue book photocopy (if any).

  • Other income documents (if any).

  • All financial solvency documents (FDR, share business, other savings, security deposits, cash investments, etc.).

  • National Identity Card copy.

Fees & Charges

  • Embassy fee: BDT 9,600 (payable to embassy)

  • Visa processing & Voyage Bangladesh service charge: BDT 4,500 + travel health insurance (depends on age & stay duration)
