Voyage Bangladesh facilitates the Malaysia visa application process (both eVisa and Sticker Visa) for Bangladeshi travelers with comprehensive documentation support and guidance.

Basic Document Requirements

• Valid Passport: Original passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel, along with all old/previous passports.
• Photograph: Two recent passport-size color photographs (35mm x 50mm, white background, matte finish, taken within the last 3 months, 80% face focus, no glasses or caps).
• Bank Solvency & Statement: Original personal bank statement for the last 6 months showing consistent transactions, with an original bank seal and signature. Minimum ending balance of BDT 60,000 to BDT 80,000 per applicant, accompanied by a Bank Solvency Certificate.
• Identification: Clear photocopy of National Identity Card (NID) or Birth Certificate (mandatory for minors).
• Visiting Card: Business or professional visiting card.

Additional Requirements by Profession

For Business Persons:

• Renewal Trade License copy (English translated and Notary Public attested).
• Memorandum & Articles of Association / Form XII (for Limited Companies).
• Company letterhead pad (blank page) and visiting card.
• Import / Export Certificate (if applicable).

For Job Holders:

• No Objection Certificate (NOC) from employer on company letterhead stating designation, joining date, and approved leave duration.
• Salary certificate or salary payslips for the last 3 months.
• Official Employee ID card copy.
• BMDC certificate (for doctors) / Bar Council certificate (for advocates).
• Government Order (GO) with notarized English translation (for government employees).

For Students:

• Student ID card copy.
• Leave permission or recommendation letter from school, college, or university.
• Birth certificate (mandatory for children and infants).

Other Supporting Documents

• Marriage Certificate copy (if spouse’s name is not endorsed in the passport).
• Confirmed round-trip air ticket reservation and hotel booking confirmation.
• Asset valuation or other financial documents (FDR, Sanchaypatra, share certificates – optional).

Visa Fees & Processing Time

• Malaysia eVisa: BDT 6,500 – 7,500 per applicant.
• Malaysia Sticker Visa: BDT 9,500 – 11,000 per applicant.
• Voyage Bangladesh Service Charge: BDT 2,000 per applicant.
• Processing Time: 5 to 7 working days for eVisa; 10 to 14 working days for Sticker Visa (embassy dependent).
• Visa Validity: 30 days single entry (valid for 3 months from issuance).
