5. Airline Booking Slip (round-trip)

6. Hotel Booking documents during stay in Japan

7. Invitation letter (if you have a guarantor)

8. Document certifying or explaining relation to the guarantor (if applicable)

9. Document certifying financial capability:

   • If applicant bears expenses:

     • Tax-Income certificate (if any)

     • Bank Statement for the last 6 months with minimum balance of BDT 7,00,000/- per applicant, and Bank Solvency Certificate

   • If expenses are borne by guarantor in Japan:

     • Guarantee letter

     • Tax certificate, Bank statement, or Income certificate (any one)

     • Citizen registration or certificate of foreigner registration with passport copy

10. Marriage Certificate (if married)

For Official or Diplomat

1. Application form

2. Valid Passport

3. Two Photos (see photo requirement)

4. Note Verbal or Government Order

5. Invitation letter (if any)

6. Flight Schedule

Visa Fee: No fee for Bangladeshi nationals.
Passport Delivery: Usually within 5 working days after interview.
Submission Time: 09:00 am – 11:00 am (Sunday to Thursday).

Visa Processing Fee (Voyage Bangladesh): BDT 2,000/-
