Passport valid for at least 6 months beyond return, with minimum 2 blank pages.
All previous passports.
Personal or company bank statement (last 6 months) with solvency certificate.
Two recent (35mm x 45mm) passport-size color photographs (white background, not older than 3 months).
Valid travel health insurance covering all Schengen countries (minimum coverage €30,000).
Personal TIN certificate.
Renewal Trade License copy.
Certificate of Incorporation & Memorandum of Company (pages with director names).
Office/company letterhead pad.
Import & Export Certificate (if any).
TIN & Income Tax Certificate for last 3 years.
No Objection Certificate (NOC) from employer.
Salary certificate.
Pay slips (if available).
Government Order (GO) for official passport holders.
BMDC certificate (for doctors).
BAR Council certificate (for advocates).
Student ID card copy.
Leave letter from educational institute.
Tour program.
