Basic Documents

• Original Passport valid for at least 7 months from the date of application with at least 2 blank visa pages, plus all previous passports.

• Two recent color photographs (33mm × 48mm or 35mm × 45mm, white background, dark clothes, bareheaded, full face without jewelry/glasses, taken within 6 months).

• Original Personal Bank Statement for the last 6 months with minimum closing balance of BDT 300,000 per person.

• Original Bank Solvency Certificate issued by the bank.

• Confirmed Roundtrip Air Ticket booking.

• Confirmed Hotel Booking voucher matching the travel itinerary.

• Copy of National ID Card (NID) & completed Family & Educational Details Form.

• Photocopy of previous Chinese visas and exit/entry stamps (if any).

For Business Persons (Including Canton Fair)

• Updated Trade License with notarized English translation.

• Blank page of Company Letterhead Pad & original Visiting Card.

• Company Memorandum of Association & Form XII (for Limited companies).

• Official Invitation Letter (TE Letter / Invitation Verification Notice) from an authorized Chinese government entity or company, OR Canton Fair Buyer E-badge / Invitation Card.

For Job Holders

• No Objection Certificate (NOC) on company letterhead stating position, joining date, salary, and granted leave duration.

• Workplace ID card copy and original Visiting Card.

• Salary Bank Statement or last 3 months pay slips / Salary Certificate.

• Government Order (GO) with notarized English translation for government employees.

For Students & Dependents

• Student ID card copy & recommendation / leave letter from educational institute.

• Parents’ Bank Statement, Solvency Certificate, and financial sponsorship letter.

• Notarized Marriage Certificate copy (for spouse application).

• Birth Certificate copy (for minor children).

• China Canton Fair Business Visa:

  • 3 Months Single Entry (travel history in last 5 years): BDT 12,000 – 13,500
  • 6 Months Double Entry (recent China visit required): BDT 13,500 – 15,000
  • 1–2 Years Multiple Entry (min. 2 recent China visits): BDT 18,000 – 21,000
  • Fresh Passport Single Entry (interview if requested): BDT 13,500 – 15,500

Important Notes

• Processing Time: Approximately 7 to 10 working days for normal processing; 4 to 5 working days for express processing.

• Full payment is required in advance. An interview must be attended if requested by the Embassy.

• The Embassy reserves the right to request additional or revised documents at any time.

• Visa issuance is solely at the Embassy’s discretion.
