Day 1: Breakfast with plain paratha, vegetables, thick mug daal, fried egg, bread with jam/jelly, honey, tea and coffee; morning snacks with fruit cake, fruits, tea and coffee; buffet lunch with plain rice, vorta, mixed vegetables, koral fish dopeyaza, mutton curry, thick dal, salad and sandesh; afternoon aloo puri and tea; buffet dinner with chicken soup, fried rice, Chinese vegetables, fried chicken, prawn chili onion, salad and papaya.
Day 2: Early morning tea; breakfast with bhuna khichuri, begun bhaja, egg bhuna, fish fry, pickles and tea; morning green coconut and snacks; buffet lunch with plain rice, vegetables, sea fish curry, beef/chicken curry, dal and dessert; evening snacks with French fries and tea; special BBQ dinner with chicken BBQ, parathas, Chinese vegetables, raita salad, soft drinks and sweets.
Day 3: Breakfast with paratha, mixed vegetables, chicken curry, eggs, dal, juice and tea; lunch with fragrant polao, chicken roast, fish fry, egg curry, salad and sweet curd; afternoon farewell snacks and tea.
Tea and coffee are served throughout the three-day cruise. Dietary preferences or special requirements should be shared in advance.
