Day 1: Welcome beverage and light refreshments; traditional Bangladeshi lunch with steamed rice, seasonal fish curry (Vetki/Rui), chicken curry, fresh vegetables, assorted vorta, thick dal, salad and dessert; afternoon tea with local snacks; grand dinner featuring polao, chicken roast, golda chingri/fish bhuna, salad, and dessert.
Day 2: Early morning tea; breakfast with bhuna khichuri, egg curry, fried aubergine, sea fish, and pickles; afternoon lunch with rice, beef/mutton rezala, river fish, mixed vegetables and dal; evening snacks; special BBQ dinner with grilled chicken tikka, fish BBQ, hot parathas, Russian salad and dessert.
Day 3: Breakfast with fresh parathas, eggs to order, mixed vegetables, dal and semolina halwa; lunch with fragrant morog polao, prawns, egg curry, fresh salad and sweet curd; afternoon farewell tea and light refreshments.
Tea and coffee are served throughout the three-day cruise. Dietary preferences or special requirements should be shared in advance.
