Voyage Bangladesh facilitates Spain visa applications for Bangladeshi travelers.
Spanish Schengen visa application form, duly filled in and signed by the applicant.
One recent passport-size photo (white background), glued to the application form.
Original and photocopy of passport or official travel document:
Bangladeshi nationals: Photocopy of the page with personal data (and other relevant pages) and previous visas.
Non-Bangladeshi nationals: Photocopy of pages with personal data, previous visas, and valid Bangladeshi residence visa (valid at least 3 months after Schengen visa expiry).
All passports must be issued within the last 10 years and valid for at least 3 months beyond the visa period.
Visa fee.
Medical insurance covering €30,000, including repatriation, valid for the entire Schengen stay.
Photocopy of return ticket booking (full page).
Hotel confirmation or voucher for the entire stay or other proof of accommodation.
Economic means: Original bank statements (personal and company) and credit card statements for the last 6 months, signed and stamped by the bank/branch manager.
Visiting Family/Friends:
Proof of sponsorship, family ties, letter of invitation. Some countries may require additional documents.
Employed by Company:
Certificate of employment mentioning company address, contact details, applicant’s position, salary, years of service, and leave certificate.
Self-Employed:
Certificate of incorporation / Memorandum and Articles of Association / Trade License legalized by MOFA and translated into Spanish.
Income Tax Returns / TIN Certificate for the last year (translated into Spanish).
Student:
Proof of enrollment and leave certificate from school/college/university.
School trips require a letter mentioning purpose, duration, and destination.
Traveling with Spouse/Children:
Marriage certificate legalized by MOFA and translated into Spanish.
Civil Status Documents:
Marriage certificate (married), Divorce certificate (divorced), Death certificate (widowed), Birth certificate (children).
Minor Applicants:
Parental consent if both parents are not traveling, passport copies of parents/guardian, proof of economic means of parents/guardian, original birth certificate.
Personal letter of introduction stating the reason for travel and itinerary.
All documents must be photocopied one-sided on A4 sheets with a full set of photocopies accompanying the application.
